Mine didn't come with instruction. What do I do with the blue and gray strips?

Hello, I believe the blue strip is the protectant seal to the gray thermal paste strip.

“10gbps usb 3.2 gen2 transfer speed? usb3.1 gen2 type-c?” is this 3.2 gen 2 or not? can it be both and still be 3.2?

I believe they are actually two names for the same thing. USB 3.1 gen 2 was renamed 3.2 gen 2 at some point. To add to the confusion, they are not the same as USB 3.2 gen 2x2, which supports 20gbps rather than 10gbps. The 2x2 designation is supposed to reflect the use of 2 lanes instead of a single lane.

Does this enclosure work with a 4TB drive?

It works with any M.2 NVMe drive.

It workers great speeds are fantastic and cooling system allows you to work at fast speeds continuously what more can you ask for I would definitely recommend I have a few hdd enclosures but this is by far the best I will be order more in soon definitely worth the money.

Probably overkill with fan, I like the chunky cooling fins and weight, would recommend this product write protection is a bonus although personally doubt will ever use it.

I have been using this enclosure for couple of days (after receiving item) It still does transfer files OK It should be (at least) ☆☆☆ but ☆☆☆ The fan is stop working no more And the enclosure gets really hot. I am gonna using this thing for cheaper m.2 ssd, I won't use this enclosure with more expensive ssd. ☆☆ means, I will not use this enclosure for any important data transfer or not even using it for GAMING (Carring games in external ssd is very handy when I switch multiple computers from here and there) My advice is, Don't go with this, this makes my ssd feels like usb stick
