Rubbish
Absolute rubbish no stretch at all just like a piece of rope with hooks each end

These are ok, good price but not very stretchy.

They are okay
They do the job but they are cheap. The hooks keep sliding down to the middle of the cable. And the metal isn’t the thickest so they bend over time

These are not very good at all with very little stretch - Heavy duty they are not. Added to that the end 'protectors' came off . Very disappointed with them.
