The worst quality worktop I’ve ever worked with (I’m a carpenter), & the customer service was terrible.I contacted the company directly to order the worktop to ensure I’d get it on time for install day. They eagerly took my money & promised it would arrive on time.It didn’t arrive on install day so I lost a day of work, & I never heard from the company. I had to chase them the next week & they told me it wasn’t delivered because it was damaged in transit (an excuse they’ve used with others I’ve discovered)The best compensation they could offer me was a tin of Danish oil they had lying around.On receipt of the worktop I was shocked at its quality. They use very sneaky words to advertise the worktop. They give you a range of stave width, & of course it arrived with the thinnest possible stave width, nothing like the pictures.Not only that, the material was of terrible quality. The repair patches in some cases where almost the size of the palm of my hand, which is way beyond unusable.The worktop is already showing signs of warping & is also taking on moisture, because of the huge amount of gaps in the material.Avoid this company at all costs!
