Super super hard plastic. Not actually felt, not even close. Some cheap fuzzy covering that gets glued on the plastic. The gold band is really cheap white plastic tubing with a gold paint job that wasn’t even cut properly. Doesn’t fit on your head comfortably at all. Leaves you with red marks from the material being so hard on the brim/ inside, and this is after confirming my head measurements and getting the “correct size”. The hat won’t stretch to form to your head or soften because it’s all hard plastic with a covering. Just overall a complete ripoff. Obviously I wasn’t looking for a super amazing real genuine 10000/100 cowboy hat but even for this price the product was absolutely horrible.

Way to small. So I refunded and the guys said it would be a 30% restock fee which would have been all good but upon return they deduct 45%.

I cannot say it has the best quality ever. It is alright. I love the colour and shape of it. Packaging was good. The hat was not bend. Overall we like it and it fits perfectly.

The hat was perfect, great quality and exactly what we wanted but sadly it got squished in the box and it was too bad to be fixed.
