Gorgeous medal with fine detailing, heavier than you'd expect, feel durable. Not too big, not too small. Chain in the pictures belongs to me, did not come with the pendant. Lego minifigure for size reference. Came very well packed inside the wrapping shown on the picture plus a plastic bag and contained that little prayer card.

It's got that metallic heaviness which is awesome and It's already blessed by a priest as well !
