UPDATE: The company reached out to me on Sunday after reading my review and offered a full refund AND a free replacement of the splash pad. The new one arrived on Monday, less than 24 hours after the initial message. This was top notch customer service, so my 2 star review turned into a 5. Thanks, Mel! We live in Arizona, where the summer days are hotter than the sun. This seem like the perfect birthday gift for my daughter. Susie from the busy toddler recommended it, so I could hardly refuse. The assembly was a little harder than what I expected, and some water would still spray out from the side. Not that big of a deal though. But what gets me is that not even two months later, the thing is busted on the side. It was definitely well loved this summer, but I’m bummed that we couldn’t even make it through a whole summer without this thing breaking. If you have a toddler like mine, who falls apart when things break apart, avoid this for a birthday gift. And I would also say, the return window is incredibly short compared to most products. Had I seen that, I would have looked somewhere else. If I could do it again, I would’ve gone the way bigger one from Costco, and could return it if some thing like this had happened.

Cute, durable and perfect for toddlers! Their K-2 cousins loved it too. Easy to start up and close up.

I really need to start looking at a tape measure before I make a purchase. My grandsons seem to really like this splash pad though. The planet pictures are nice. The water doesn't spray as much or as high as the product photo but that's fine, the boys stay wet & cool.I'm waiting to see how long we can go before we need to use patches. I'll update on durability later.I hope that this lasts longer than the one I bought last year. It feels more pliable.

Kids love it. Easy to set up and take down.

Got this for my dogs. Bigger than I expected, which is nice. However, the place you connect the hose to should be more on the side not top. The second we turned on the water ( on low at first) it just sprayed out of the connection. We had to jerry rig the hose over the top of a chair to keep it strait with the least amount of spray where it connects. Not worth the $$ spent.

It is VERY slippery and should have a textured surface or include like bathtub applications to keep a child from falling. My daughter in law did that.Otherwise this Is great and my 1 year old grandson loves it. They use it everyday

This thing leaks and too much water on your grass

The hose attachment has a bunch of leaks so it is unusable. I’m disappointed because of how much I paid for it to not function.
