"Stinking Thinking": Think well to live well. Taking on Maladaptive Cognitions and dealing with Cognitive Distortions.

This is a 30 or so page book. Not worth the price. The language of the questions is imprecise and could be better. It just seems to not be fully professional. This author may be on the way to professional but he doesn't achieve it with this workbook. I was so disappointed when I saw the actual book I returned it for a refund within a day.
