Having grappled for years with heavy, inflexible hoses, I wish I'd had one like this AGES ago. I use it in a backyard with lots of plantings & shrubbery to work around, and this hose is amazingly lightweight and flexible - no more accidental damage to smaller plants from the old stiff heavy hose. I can't speak to durability yet, hose is still relatively new. The covering looks almost like seat belt material. Very hand-friendly. Because it's so flexy, it will make some tight bends that partially obstruct water flow BUT because it's so light I can just give it a quick shake and the bend pops open. I use it without a sprayer nozzle..... it's so lightweight that if I lay it down with the water running, the end flops around like it's alive - old fashioned cartoon style. I think with a sprayer to cut the water flow, it'd hold still. Definitely buying another one for the front yard.

Hoses have TWO functions. One is to TRANSPORT water from one place to another. The other is to CONNECT with things that bring water and distribute water. This hose MAY BE indestructible but it doesn't matter because I can't get water into it -- it doesn't connect to my taps --- and it is useless because I can't connect it to any of my sprayers or sprinklers. Please see the picture for three major companies whose thread does not match with this hose -- HoseLock, HoseLink, and Nylex -- and, as mentioned, my taps, which have the same threads as the attachments. It is not as simple as just changing the hose ends, because they are integrated with the hose. These are not cheap, and they are a complete waste of money. UNLESS you buy the item in the second picture, then you can use it with non-American threads.

This is the 2nd zero G hose we purchased. The first one was several years ago and it has been very durable/reliable. There have been no leaks at the nozzle or the hose line itself. It is very lightweight and easy to manipulate. It doesn’t kink up as long as the water pressure is turned up. I would highly recommend this hose for anyone who needs a reliable, lightweight hose. The hose also has a 5 year warranty which you won’t find with other manufacturers. I just completed the newest warranty on line using the enclosed QR code and called “InsideOut” to make sure the proof of purchase is correct. According to AI on Amazon, taking a picture of the item under your orders is proof of purchase but I wanted to be sure. I left a voicemail and am waiting for a reply from InsideOut. They also asked for a SKU number and Manufacturer. I was able to find the SKU using AI on Amazon. The manufacturer is Texnir Apex and is specified on the box.
