FastCap PowerHead Wood Screws with Flat Head - Self-Tapping Point - 2.5", T20 Torx Drive, Zinc Finish, 150-Pack - 99946

These Powerhead screws have awesome holding power, used them to build my workbench and they worked incredibly well. They never sunk too deep into the wood, no matter how much torqued I used on my impact driver, ordinary wood screws would have gone right through the top piece.

These have a very good holding ability with the oversize head, and are easy to drive in using the square #2 bit. Works good with 2x4's.

I thought these were adequate. I agree that T20 is too small, but I predrilled all of my holes and had no problem with either screws or bits breaking. The bit liked to stick in the screw after driving and a bigger torx might help that. The big head was fairly forgiving when using an impact driver to install them into softwood. Out of 146 screws that I drove, only one dented into the surface and that was my fault. Next time I hit the hardware store I'll pick up a 9/16" washer and hide that cosmetic defect.

Great product! These screws drive nicely and do a great job of holding up cabinets. I have been using them all over the place for securing things that otherwise have been an issue. The tips drive through most anything (wood, sheet metal, etc.) effortlessly and without splitting. Nice deep square recess allows for solid driving without the bit slipping.

Sweet screws. I use them for cabinet installs and they work great, grab well, and the big button head is an excellent feature. I'll be buying more.

Easy and effective. The self-tapping tip makes it possible to drive these 2.5" fasteners in with a small screw gun. No need for an impact driver. The large square drive washer head has great holding power. No pull thru. Awesome value. Although one fastener in the box of 150 was bent.

I used these to mount my kitchen cabinets. They do a fantastic job of holding the wood without sinking into the wood. The bit that was included held up well to an impact gun and fit the screws very well. I will definitely use these again.

It would be a little nicer if they came in cream or beige in color.The homeowner took these out and installed some beige colored cabinet screws that were at eye level.These worked well every where else !

Cabinet screws with flat heads accept pvc cover caps for a great finished look. The only caveat. They are Square drive not T20 torx as pictured.
