I have a huge hole in my ankle, over my Achilles Tendon. It is due to a melanoma I had in 1992. Since the tendon is exposed, covered only by skin, I am always very cautious. When I was able to walk easily and used a shopping cart at the grocery store, I was always terrified of someone running their cart into my ankle. Now I ride on an electric cart, so that fear is taken care of. But, the ankle is still weak.These ankle braces are ideal for me. They are made of supportive material, but while they support, they don't make my ankle sweat. It remains dry and odor-free. I am very thankful for that! I like that I can wash them. I normally just wash them out in the sink, with a mild detergent.I'm really thankful that I ordered these ankle braces. I needed the support, but I didn't know how much until I wore them. The stitching is strong so I foresee them lasting a really long time, especially with my handwashing. I very highly recommend these two compression ankle braces.

This ankle brace is made of comfortable fabric. It's stitched well so I felt like it will last a long time. The velcro is a perfect addition for extra support. It's really easy to use. It's lightweight fabric material under the foot makes it easier to wear. It keeps my feet dry, breathable, comfortable, and odor free while using it. I would say it offers great support which can vary on how tightly you wear it. So it's probably more suitable for sports than everyday use. A must have for ankle support before or after injury!

Great for weak ankles, ankle sprains, ankle soreness/swelling. I have a weak ankle due to sprain and this has helped reduce the pain and has provided support during movement/walking/activity. They provide secure supportive compression. The compression and criss cross strapping helps with swelling and keeps my ankle from moving and getting more strained. Two braces come in this set. I can wear the brace on either foot. The braces are well made and made of good materials. They are thick (feel like swim wet suit material), firm but stretchy material, and comfortable. The criss-cross straps are full velcro which allows wide accommodation to adjust the straps to my level of comfort, preference, size, etc. The velcro straps are strong, secure, and stay in place. They are easy to put on and wrap. Helpful product, recommend!

I recently broke both my ankles, requiring surgery on one. I'm just about finished with PT and am moving around a whole lot better, but still prefer to wear light support braces especially for longer walks and uneven surfaces. These are very stiff and hard to pull on - I'm still lacking some flexibility in my ankles, especially the one with the new plate and pins, lol. I found the straps to be quite thick as well, which made it uncomfortable to walk on. I tried to readjust the straps a number of ways but couldn't find a comfortable way.
