Char-Broil 140 582 - Stainless Steel Tray.

I bought this to separate grilling vegetables from meat. With this the vegetables cook perfectly and the tray stops them burning or cooking too quickly. Holes in the tray mean that you still get nice chargrilled marks on the veg. The tray also catches moisture and oil from the food, which keeps them tender when you are cooking.The tray is quite sturdy and thick (much better than aluminium foil trays and more sustainable) and cleans up like new with a steel scourer.

Cooking on them is easy. Cleans perfectly in the dishwasher no matter how much marinade is burnt on

Hands on they seem like a single use tray.

Unfortunately I found food just burnt on to the trays. I tried with and without greasing the trays first .

Die Edelstahlschale kam pünktlich und gut verpackt an. Wie empfohlen, habe ich die Schale leicht eingeölt und auf dem Gasgrill erhitzt. Nach ca. 3 Minuten sah die Schale wie auf dem ersten Bild aus. Nach dem Säubern, war kaum ein Unterschied erkennbar (2. Foto).Die Schale war kaum zu säubern, obwohl bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch kein Fleisch mit dem Produkt in Verbindung gekommen ist. Ehrlich gesagt, möchte ich auf dieser Schale auch kein Fleisch grillen. Mein 2 Jahre alter Grillrost ist definitiv einfacher zu reinigen, als die NUR eingeölte Schale. Wenn jetzt noch tierische Fette mit der Grillschale in Verbindung kommen, weiß ich nicht, wie man diese noch reinigen soll/kann.
