First off I’ll start by saying the seller requires approval before production which is a necessary step to ensure it’s exactly what you want. The sign is a great size perfect and metal. Same material as road signs are made from. The processing and shipping was fast so thank you to the seller for being on the ball and getting things promptly taken care of!The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was strictly because of packaging. I received my product in the middle of a broken down cardboard box. This is fine and works perfectly, in theory. The issue I ran into is my sign was bent multiple different ways from the shipping process. This is not a sign or seller issue and I will say that I did not bother to contact the seller as the sign was perfect and I was able to bend it back most of the way with no damage to the sign. I would recommend just a bit more protection to prevent damage during shipping process.

Sturdy metal, clear print. Our own text included a makeshift arrow as special characters weren’t allowed so a dash and great than sign made the arrow which was fine: ->However when it was delivered they put an actual arrow on it which obviously is much clearer and an unexpected benefit. It also shows that someone thinks about these things and went above and beyond to make it better than expected and better than what we put in and that is appreciated. Great product and is likely holding up for a long long time.

Had a sign that I paid $50 to get custom made on Etsy, fedex deliverer decided to throw my $250 Christmas gift package over my gate even though my old sign was right where he threw it over and my dog ended up destroying the package. I decided to find another sign that is bigger and brighter. This sign was a lot bigger than I expected which is great, the lettering stands out and the overall sturdiness is amazing. There was also a “Fragile” sticker on it so if anyones sign came bent/damaged, it’s not the sellers fault. Time will tell how it holds up in the weather but I’m very pleasantly surprised! I definitely recommend if you’ve had the same problems I’ve had with fedex!!

We have a gated property so the drivers are not able to get on our property, this caused some confusion on where to leave our packages. We had a handmade sign letting them know to drop package over the gate. This sign is professional looking and sturdy. Delivery drivers can make NO mistake who the instructions are for and where to place our packages. No more packages left outside our gated property.

I like this sign, and it was customized fairly quickly. It arrived bent in the middle due to the packaging. It was not bad enough to complain and it looks nice hanging with the other sign! I woud purchase from them again.
