I was very pleased with my purchase. While playing the CD, it gives me a chance to reflect and slow down in this whirlwind we call ''life''.thanks againKatherine

Horrible! I'm SO disappointed in this CD. I wish that I'd paid more attention to the negative reviews.1) The tinkling piano noise is highly distracting & doesn't add anything to the recording.2) When the "Hail Mary" is prayed, the speaker changes "thee" and "thine" to "you" and "yours"; yet, he doesn't change those words in the "Our Father" prayer...why did he have to change the "Hail Mary" this way? That's not the proper way to pray it!The CD is short and uninspiring. I don't know how people can listen to it daily...it's just blah. If you're thinking about ordering this, please see if one of your fellow Parishioners has a copy that you can try; I don't think that you'll want it once you've listened to it.I wish that I could return it, but since I've removed the plastic wrapping, I guess that I've lost my money.

There are two things I very much dislike about this Rosary, one is grouping several mysteries together instead of praying after each individually. By grouping four mysteries at a time before reciting the Hail Marys. It seems like you are in a hurry. If you are in such a hurry to complete the Rosary, you shouldn't be saying it. Another thing I dislike is using modern language to recite the Hail Mary, eliminating the thees and thous. At this time when the Church is being attacked by Modernism, now is not the time to be modernising the prayers. I was ready to throw the CD in the trash until I played the Chaplet of Divine Mercy which is nice. So I'll keep the CD just to play the Chaplet and find another to play the Rosary.
