1 Review: DELICIOUS - These noodles cook beautifully, and quickly. They are soft and flavorful, a sensory experience, smooth but not slimy. I cooked them up in chicken broth, added a hard boiled egg split in half, some cooked bean sprouts a handful of chopped green scallions, and the white part of the scallion I cut in slivers and place them on the side. Added a handful of sliced chicken to the broth and I had one fantastic meal. A great breakfast instead of the usual oatmeal, filling and healthy. Great but not amazing
These are definitely good but not what all the reviews are claiming it to be as amazing. When you are in a crunch these "instant" udon noodles will definitely be tasty but they definitely aren't chewy or thick enough.
