My Yorkie had a crusty ear with sores from scratching. She was also shaking her head a lot. Vet appt on the weekend I wasn't doing so I ordered this Friday and received it Saturday with the expectation that I would take her to the vet on Monday. I didn't take her. This, true to its description, made a huge difference by day 3. She no longer was wincing in pain/irritation when I administered the medication.
