Not happy
Not happy, a year supply tablet's with just over a month until best before date left on them. Got them January 29th 2023 with a bb date of March 2023 on it.

Great price and safe but still too much
At £18.99 for a full year supply of (vegan BUT NOT Gluten free) biotin, I can not fault the price. But even if 10 mg (10000mcg) has been medically considered safe it is surely important to do some research and this are some points from the US National Institutes of Health:" Even a single 10 mg dose of biotin has interfered with thyroid function tests administered within 24 hours of taking the supplement [38]. A small study in six healthy adults who took 10 mg/day of supplemental biotin for 1 week found interference in several biotinylated assays, including falsely decreased levels of thyroid stimulating hormone (which could lead to a misdiagnosis of thyrotoxicosis) and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (which could result in a failure to identify congestive heart failure) [9]. According to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), a patient with a high intake of supplemental biotin died following a troponin test (to help diagnose a heart attack) that gave a falsely low result because the test was subject to biotin interference [32].FDA advises healthcare providers to ask their patients about any supplements they may be taking that contain biotin and to consider biotin interference as a possible source of error if laboratory test results do not match the clinical presentation of the patient [32].""Biotin can interact with certain medications, and some medications can have an adverse effect on biotin levels. One example is provided below. Individuals taking this and other medications on a regular basis should discuss their biotin status with their healthcare providers."So in a nutshell: do your research and personally I am cutting this tablets in half but it gets a bit messy.

Easy to swallow but very expensive
These little biotin tablets are 10000 mcg which makes them very high dose. You get 365 vegan tablets which is a years worth. The tablets are non-GMO and gluten free. Biotin is meant to be good for healthy skin and hair. It occurs naturally in fish, nuts, dairy, leafy greens, mushrooms and pulses. These biotin tablets are suitable for vegetarians and vegans and are free of gluten, lactose, milk, wheat, soy, and artificial colours and flavours. I take biotin any way so when I saw them offered on Vine I was happy to try these tablets. They do seem to work like my regular brand. These tablets are very easy to swallow as they are tiny. At the moment they are priced at £18.99. I do consider this to be very expensive. I’ve seen packs of similar size for around half the price.

Decent quality, not the cheapest
I have been taking biotin for a while now and I do believe that it has helped me recover from a period of illness that really took its toll on my hair.This is a years supply, but at £18.99 isn’t the cheapest option on the market, although it does seem to be a decent quality with a use by date 3/2023.

Full years supply, good value
Biotin 10,000mcgDue to a recent illness, my wife has suffered a small amount of hair loss, with the remaining hair looking weak, dry and rather dull. She has been supplementing with Biotin for a few months now, we can both definitely see an improvement in her hair condition. The recent growth has more body, shine and general healthy look to it. With the slow rate of growth it's going to take several months to fully recover.This bottle of Biotin tablets are more than welcome as there are 365 tablets here, enough for a full year. This is quite a high dose as each tablet contains 10,000ug of Biotin, there are also the usual anti-caking and bulking agents included. The daily dose is to take a single tablet each day with food. The tablets are small so are easy to swallow with a little water. I could detect no nasty taste or odour with these.I would personally prefer not to see Magnesium Stearate included, but these tablets are reasonably priced considering there is a whole years supply in the bottle.CONTENTS:365 x TabletsThank you for reading my review, I hope you have found it helpful.

Vegan
It is great that this is a vegan product. Although this cost well over £15 you are getting enough tablets to last you a year. You get 365 tablets and if you stick to the recommended dosage of one tablet daily then they will last 12 months. The tablets are very small and easy to swallow. The best before date is almost 2 years from the time of ordering so you have plenty of time to use them. I like the fact they are nice clean ingredients and marked vegan and easy to swallow. This takes all the boxes for me.

All year Biotin supplement of high strength (10000mcg) at £18.99 is a real Bargain!Easy to swallow and noticed much less hair loss and stronger nails in 2 months.

Excellent.
Easy to swallow capsules. They're really having a noticeable effect on my joints, my skin, hair and nails, and my overall sense of wellbeing. When considering the additional nutrients and the price per capsule, I'd still recommend them as they're a worthwhile investment in yourself.
