This is a tasty gluten and dairy free cereal, much more satisfying and more filling than something like puffed rice. It'll probably get compared to cornflakes or branflakes but it’s more of a rice cereal similar to Kelloggs Special K, just less sweet. It’s really crunchy and doesn’t get all soggy in milk after a few seconds. Lovely with almond milk, even better with strawberry or chocolate milk. It’s got a fairly neutral flavour so it even works well smashed up and used as a crunchy topping over fruity yogurt or a smoothie bowl!Nutritional info per 30g serving: 116 calories, 0.8g fat (0.1g saturated fat), 24g carbs (3.1g sugar, 2.5g fibre), 2.3g protein, 0.13g salt.

Tasty and crunchy flakes. Not too sweet

Not too bad a taste, bit bland but nice and crunchy, but very expensive for the amount you get unfortunately.
