Good quality product
The product is good quality, sturdy, and likeable however the amazon return process for this product was terrible, Hermes collection never arrived and said we tried three times, the product was missing an item and chair did not align properly to the latches of the base, but the seller sent one day replacement product which is Perfect! I really loved this for my newborn!

All you need in a pram
Really love this pram, not that I've actually owned any others but I don't feel like I'll ever need another now I have this. The material and sturdiness is really great, especially when considering the price.'driving' it around shops that display prams I felt that this easily stood up against models 4 or 5 times the price. Would recommend

Incredible pram!
I bought this pram a year or so and forgot to review! This pram was amazing. Spacious for baby/toddler and was great to push around. My only down fall to it and the reason i no longer have it is due to the wheels. They deflate so easily and ive had to patch holes up quite often.

Flimsy hood
Bought for my son and his partner. Hood seems flimsy. Doesn't appear to be rainproof. Had to buy a separate waterproof cover for pram although there is one for the buggy.
