Decoart Americana Decor Satin Enamels 8oz PureWht

During the pandemic, these were impossible to get my hands on. I was trying to come up with a good working Pouring medium for Pearl fluid art. I did come up with a different recipie using a special paint in my PM that works well. Finally getting my hands on this product makes it much easier.

Utilisé pour provoquer des cellules dans mes peintures pouring.Mon 1 er essai m’a bluffée même si je ne maîtrise pas encore très bien les dosages.Je reprendrais sûrement malgré un prix un peu cher pour mon budget.

Das Satin Enamel sollte in jedem Equipment des Acrylpourers vorhanden sein.Kann ich nur empfehlen !

Americana Satin Enamel White is a smooth, creamy opaque white with great coverage and when used as a base coat for acrylic pours doesn't allow the canvas to show through in the way many whites do.It tolerates being mixed up to 50/50 with Floetrol or Clear Glue such as Elmers, without losing any of that quality.It dries to a satin sheen as advertised.I went on to thin it down for the swipe you see here.. so, 50% paint 50% Floetrol.. then enough water to produce a thin runny honey consistency, two drops of pure dimethicone, poured and swiped with wet paper towel.I think it worked really well, don't you?It's great at holding conflicting colours apart when layered or drizzled between in a dirty or flip cup pour.Don't ask about Dutch pours though.. my hairdryer is too eager to Dutch pour my art room, leaving very little on the canvas!! Not my fortè! HahaWill buy this product again and again with confidence though. 😁👍🏻👩‍🎨
