Very good product except for...
Very good product except they had a starch remover along with it but no literature as to how to use the starch remover. And could not find any literature anywhere... But the product otherwise is very good.

A total Nightmare
This is the worst item i got from Amazon. There was a long delay in delivery. After contacting customer service many times. I had to personally request the courier service to deliver it .Finally after receiving, it i found out the cook button doesnot work .it automatically goes back to warm. I cant get a refund so applied for replacement. If the replacement doesnot work ,i will throw it out the window. Never buying from Prestige again.

The media could not be loaded. Product is not good screws damaged below and also rice cook mode not coming while press button down side don't deliver this type of product how customers can trust on prestige brand
