Wish I’d bought sooner!
Easy to learn how to use, and really works!I had been eying this for a few weeks but put off buying since I have a fairly new toothbrush anyway, but the floss feature and it being a two in one option sold me. I am so happy I bought because even just a few days in I can feel a difference! It’s faster and less annoying (to me at least) than going through my old floss, brush, tongue scraper, and mouth wash routine. I was skeptical that the floss feature would be as effective as normal flossing but it is! I have tested flossing after using this water floss feature and each up with clean floss! Water tank holds a decent amount of water as well. I fill every 3 uses.

Great Customer Service & Tips on Reconnecting the Flosser
TLDR: If somehow the flosser doesn't respond to the toothbrush's signals and the radio and toothbrush resets don’t work, drain the toothbrush's battery completely by setting it idle for a week or so and reconnect the set to power. Make sure you place the toothbrush in the base before reconnecting the set to power.Waterpik offers great customer service and the device works great and does what it's supposed to do most of the time.-----------------------------------------I bought one 2.5 years ago, and after less than 2 months of using it, the flosser stopped responding to the toothbrush's command. I don't know how it happened but I knew it was a housekeeper who unplugged the device as he had to clean the counter. After a few days of testing the flossing function and trying the troubleshooting techniques without success, I gave up and contacted Waterpik's customer service. They asked for anything, you know, that would allow them to honor the warranty. The process was a bit annoying (just a bit, and is absolutely nothing compared to arguing with insurance about coverage) but Waterpik in the end sent me another set for free which I'm still using today.Being the environmentally conscious and lazy person I am, I kept the first set because it'd be a chore to dispose of it properly, so I just put it into the original packaging and stored it in the vanity cabinet. Last year, I had to move to another state and while I was packing stuff up, I saw the set and decided to give it another try before completely throwing it away. And it xxxxing worked!!!!!! Now that I commute in between cities, I've placed one at the residence close to my workplace!!! Also I've been periodontitis free for the past 2 years! Thanks Waterpik!!

2nd one - and I will never go back to regular brushing
This is my 2nd one. I had my 1st for about 2 1/2 years before it gave out on me. This is my replacement and so far - so good. I really like having all the mess in one spot. I can brush, floss & rinse without having different gadgets all over the counter. The pressure is easily adjustable. Overall super easy to use and highly recommend. It definitely feels better then using a regular manual toothbrush. Teeth/mouth overall feeler cleaner. Arrives, basically set on counter & you are ready to go. No big set up process or put together issues.

makes teeth feel clean
I love the idea of a two-in-one device that brushes and flosses my teeth. I really wanted to like this product and it works well, but I found it too messy to use and ended up returning it and getting something else. The electric toothbrush works great! A couple of decades ago I had an electric toothbrush but it must have been super cheap and it just didn't seem to work well... or maybe it was user error, so I've stuck with manual brushing. Using this device I don't know why I didn't try an electric one again sooner. My teeth certainly feel cleaner and for longer too. The waterflossing works really well and I really like the dial that changes the pressure levels. I dislike that it's corded. I was constantly spraying water everywhere adjusting the brush in my mouth as I was trying to floss. The cord gets in the way and it was really frustrating. Sadly, I ended up returning it and got separate devices. The newer waterflosser I got is wireless. The waterpik is better though. I just wish they had a wireless option.

Its great!! Call customer service if you have an issue
I bought the Sonic 2.0 as a replacement for my first Sonic in August 2024 when the the water flosser on my first machine stopped working. The brush worked fine-- but the flosser simply stopped functioning-- dead. No connection. I shrugged thinking this was a fluke and spent the $199 to replace it. Four months later the same exact thing happened again. The brush works fine. The water flosser is dead. No connection. No power.I emailed customer service and within 24 hours they responded with instructions on how to restart the flosser. The instructions were clear, the tone was sympathetic and supportive and it worked like a charm. They suggested I get a surge protector in the bathroom. So this may have been the issue.I wish all companies were as responsive and helpful and provided such great service. No complaints here. The product now works perfectly and I am very satisfied with the product..

Good toothbrush and Floss Alternative
My dentist is always surprised when I tell her I don't floss and I believe it is because I use this toothbrush and flosser. The pulsing flossing action really gets all the rest of the stuff out that gets stuck in between my teeth and massages my gums at the same time. My teeth feel clean longer after a professional dental cleaning and my gums look healthier than they did prior to using this combo. I have had mine for about two years and it held up well. I did not have any issues like some of the other reviews posted here. My kitten thought the water line was a fun chew toy so I did have to get a new one, but that has nothing to do with the machine, and everything my kitten. Would and have bought again. Highly recommend. Could be a little less pricey, but worth it.
