I absolutely love this lifepro vibrating plate. The quality of this machine so far appears excellent. I’m a nurse , so I’m on my feet a lot and I suffer with terrible swollen legs. I also get this when sitting down, which has been a real concern for me. I started to look into the best vibrating plates and this one kept popping up. Also I came across videos with Amber showing exercise etc so I decided on this one.I never really believe all the hype when people say things like “oh this has made a difference to my so and so on the first time I’ve used this machine, but, I can honestly say after only using it for one week my oedema in my legs has improve dramatically. Yesterday I went to work and I decided not to put on my compression socks just to see how I got on. Normally I leave off work after a gruelling 12 hour shift and my legs feel miserable, but it was amazing I still had ankles as opposed to kankles 😃 I’ve been on it twice in a day some times exercising or just standing on it as I find it really soothing on my muscles. I’m absolutely over the moon with this and I’m looking forward to building my exercise regime up to improve my general health and fitness. I hope this review helps someone because I know that I rely on other people’s opinions before purchasing any items off the internet.

Perfect for my daughter's rehab at home. After a long stay in hospital I wanted a vibration/oscillation plate for my daughter to sit at with her feet on it. (Not yet strong enough to stand on it)For the money, this piece of equipment is outstanding and I now also use it myself for vibration fitness exercises. The plate has a lot of settings and speeds, it oscillates and vibrates and you can choose various combinations from the settings to suit the person. We are currently using it for my daughters leg strength and water retention caused through health issues and she finds it very comfortable to sit at with her feet on it. A full well deserved 5 stars!

This unit arrived & had issues, initially with excessive & intermittent rattle unrelated to the motor function, then with a subsequent error code displayed on its LED panel with programs cutting out half way through.Also, I must warn other potential purchasers from this company, based in the USA, that registering the unit for warranty is a nightmare since the site simply takes all your details, then the site page simply buffers without resolving. I contacted the companies "Happiness Advocates" & they took even more personal details before stating the product was registered for warranty. I have NOT received any confirmation for the lifetime warranty bar our lengthy email exchange, & therefore I have no proof that the item was registered for my own peace of mind. As for the function of the unit when it was working, I believe this technology will be useful for people whom don't necessarily enjoy exercising or have some comorbid health issues. It definitely seems to have an effect. LifePro Fitness need to sort out their website function, be prepared for a struggle in registering for the 'lifetime' warranty

Came well packed it weighs around 24kg.. I got it at a great discounted price.. Only thing is its too heavy for me to lift and pull around even tho it has a roller on one side at the bottom, as I have an old shoulder injury it actually strained my shoulder just getting it out of the box!It is a fabulous quality machine and really does the job, a huge difference and upgrade from the early vibrapower plate I used to own .. This one jiggles parts u didn't know you had!fortunately it's a but too heavy and aggressive for little old sensitive me!Wish I could keep it but I have to return and maybe get the mini version.

Bought in April 23. This has not only given me some serious relief with continued use, i would even say its given a much greater quality of life. I’d simply run out of options to help relieve the nagging back and hip ache thanks to sciatica and post op scoliosis. This means i can get out of bed without feeling like I’ve seized up in the morning and exercising doesn’t make me cry. I dont know how it works and dont much care - Worth every single penny! Havent seen a chiropractor for nearly 9months now!

It's powerful, especially the 4D setting! It works almost as well as the big professional gym machines (so take it easy at first)Two very minor points about the surface finish (couple small scuffs in packing process I guessed) and it's a bit heavy. However, that said there's a reason for the heft... it's a really well made piece of kit!There's a roller device on one end and you'll need it!!😅 As such I think I'll get years of value from it because its more convenient than a gym membership and great if one's too: tired, ill or late etc., to go out. Can even sit and watch something (on a low setting, forget trying to read tho:-0)All in all I'm delighted with this purchase and happy to recommend it to others 😊

When it arrived it didn't look brand new. It was scuffed and when I put it on the P2 programme, it ran for a few minutes then stopped, showing an E08 code.Some other programmes worked OK but when you're paying almost £300 you want your item to be in perfect working order.I returned it.

Compact machine with clear control panel and handset with easy to follow directions for use. Very powerful in action but quiet motor so no worries about upsetting the neighbours. Looking forward to trying out all the different permutations of vibration and oscillation.
