Fruit of the LoomWomen's Plus-Size Cotton Unlined Underwire Bra

Love this bra! I’m 5’2 and 170lbs. After wearing the wrong bra size for a while, I measured correctly and came to a 40G. I ordered the 40G and it was big (underwire fell completely below my boob) I went went down to a 38G which is what I have on in the photos and it fit well on all hooks, but I felt most comfy on hook #2. I would like to test out a 36G to see how it would fit as well. I think it would give me more compression. Other than that It covers me great (I hate muffin top boobs) and it’s very comfy. I like the material. I’m so happy I don’t have to deal with underwire poking my underarms anymore from wrong sized bras! I will be purchasing this bra in different colors!

I thought it was going to be too small at first, although I ordered my correct size. After a few minutes, it was fine, I guess it needed to stretch out a skosh. This bra was a surprise it was so comfy. It has been pretty hot and the fact that there is only cotton touching my skin is really comfortable. I was also pleased the side support was comfortable, didn't poke me and put the girls where they were supposed to be, not under my arms. This has a nice silhouette, more rounded than pointy, without getting too graphic. I just washed it in a special little bra washing thing I have and it held up perfectly. The price is great, I could buy 2 and 1/2 of these for what I usually pay for my Bali bras.

I was heartbroken when Playtex discontinued its cotton bra some years ago, and i've been searching far and wide for a replacement. This one is pretty close, nothing like the regular FOTL (which has no support whatsoever for big girls). Fits well (band is a little tight, but they loosen up eventually). Cup fits perfect, and it's double-lined so there's less show-through. The only problem i'm having is the straps are set wide apart, and i have narrow shoulders. They haven't slid off yet, but i suspect it may become a problem. Otherwise, extremely happy to have found this - will be ordering more.

Way to small . I wear a 42 DDD/E in all Lane Bryant and Torrid bras and I bought this in that size . It was more like a 38D ,With no stretch what so ever . So go up 2 band sizes ,and at least one cup size from what you normaly wear if you buy this bra

I don't understand the negative reviews! This is an improved, more supportive style of the FoL unlined underwire cotton bra i love for sleeping and lounging. It is so comfortable, so supportive. And (bonus for me) they've made the band small, or I couldn't have it. The 38C is really a 34DD, so just had to take it in a bit to make it a 32DDD (couldn't do that if it was a true 38). The cups are closer together, great for me. Holds everything in place in great comfort.I have 2, an going to stock up before they discontinue it – the story of my life.

The sides of the bra come up to high and the underwrites poke my armpits. It really hurts and makes the bra almost unwearable.I like that the cups are unlined and my boobs don’t spill out anywhere.

My regular size is 40D, but after reading many reviews I got worried about ordering the right size. I ordered 3 different band sizes for this bra (my regular size 40 + 38 + 42 and all in D cup), my usual band size was the correct one, but people who complain it was tight were partially right too! The first week using this bra was tight, but after a couple of washes it stretched a little bit, and now the 40D fits perfectly. After determining that 40D is my correct size, I ordered 40C just to see if works, and it did work too! The 40C I will wear w/ V-neck shirt. I highly recommend this bra, it is comfortable, durable, perfectly sewing, good price, and fast shipping. This is not 5 stars bra, this is 6 stars bra!

Very comfortable.Many brands of bras for plus sized people have shoulder straps that are too short or too inflexible.This bra has just enough stretch in the straps and also long enough straps to not cut into shoulders.Too may bra manufacturers seem to think that it's enough, for a plus size, to make the bra band and the cups bigger, but neglect the fact that a plus size person may have more flesh over their shoulder areas also, or a lower bustline, and they skimp on strap length.Too many plus-sized clothes, in general, seem to be made for someone under 5 foot four inches in height!Maybe because of Asian countries of manufacturing?This one fits, WITHOUT costing above 60.00!The underwires are comfortable, too, and the fabric is great!I've bought several because I'm afraid that the style will be discontinued, that is another thing that happens when I find something that really fits, can't replace it a few months later.This bra is priced well AND fits well.

I know this is plus size, but please make smaller bands! I had to sister size, and fortunately the smallest available size (38C) was a match to my usual 32F, but I did have to take in the band. Not much, though, so I'm guessing this was more of a 34DD than a 38C, so even if you think your size is available, you might have to sister size twice.Other than that, superb fit and great to have in cotton. I got it to sleep and lounge like my other FoL cotton bras, but this one can definitely serve as a good daytime bra!

good fit, full coverage and feels comfortable. true to size pattern nice. the fabric seems a bit rough/synthetic, but that could simply be the fact that is new and most likely sprayed with protectors as most other brand new clothing. perhaps after the first wash it will go to normal. nice color. not padded. feels a bit stiff, and the cup is deep so it does go high into the armpit area. this might be an issue for some people as it does dig in here a bit. I will have to wear it for a bit to be able to offer a full review.

There is a seam that goes against your rib cage that is very scratchy. I was so excited because it was perfect in every other way, but the first day I wore it to work I was aching for my lunch break so I could go home and change. I've tried to break it in since but it's just no good. I'd keep looking if I were you.

I love this bra! It's comfortable and breathable and it keeps you contained. I find that the sides are high enough to prevent side-boob and the front comes up high enough that boobs cannot escape into the middle and over the top (so no quad-boob). Because this bra is cotton and gives a bit, it may require a tighten as the day goes on, or, if you like it to loosen up after hours of wear, trust me, it will be what you need. At this price point, just buy it.

The fabric is great, thick cotton/blend. I take a 38DD but ordered a 40DD in case the fit was slightly smaller knowing I could always adjust the straps or band. Good thing I did, Even the 40DD was too tight on the waistband. I will have to purchase an extender. Odd as 38 should be 38.....etc. Too bad otherwise it would be a go to bra.
