I have to read this book for a graduate level class. It is a poorly written book, very overdrawn, almost as a child wrote it. The author's concept is not a new methodogy, just the combinations of others. If you don't have to read it, don't waste your time. There are better books out there to read with clear advice and suggestions for how to better yourself as a leader.
