I have had one of these since 2016, I have tried others but this one is the most supportive and stops hip pain and stiffness on car journey. I recently just purchased another for a European trip and left it with the person kind enough to lend me her car, because she loved it too - if you get stiff hips because car seats tip back this is the solution and it will last years - the velour has rubbed off the original but the foam is still holding up and stays in the car all seasons in MI so has gone through extreme temps every year.Others I have purchased that look more shaped just do not give the same support as a 3 car family, I have tried a few seat cushions; rather than moving the wedge to each car I drive when I drive it.

I am awaiting hip surgery. Since receiving this cushion it has helped relieve the discomfort when sitting. Will use after surgery as well. Overall, I think it is a good item. Well made and memory foam seems to be holding up well. Cover is removable for washing.

This replaces a similar very old wedge I had been using. It is firm and fits into my car seat (which has sport wrap around seats) perfectly. It is firm and it means I can have the seat set lower to easily use the pedals and have the steering wheel lower without my knee touching the steering column but still have a good view. I am 5’ 4”. A comfortable driving position is assured.
