I am 73 years old with spinal degeneration. The more technical term is ankylosing spondalosis. (you may want to check the spelling) I tried all sorts of treatments for the pain. Ibuprophen helped but it is not good to live on ibuprophen. I began to research alternative methods and supplements. I learned that it is the inflamation that causes the pain. I looked for any over the counter supplements that could reduce inflamation. This joint support has several. I also take CoQ10 and fish oil . My pain has gone from 8-9 to about 2-3 on a scale of 1-10.

I was having trouble with my knees, going up and down stairs, getting up after sitting for a long time. It took about a month taking this before I could really see results and I had no trouble after that. After a few months, I had to have a minor operation, have a kidney stent put in, and I was told I had to go off of all supplements for two weeks prior to the operation. Within a few days, all the pain came back and I had to start taking it all over again. Now that is it not available on Amazon, I'm going to half to find it elsewhere. What a bummer! I HIGHLY recommend it. I am 75 years old and still work fulltime.

I've been looking for a replacement product for Glucosamine with the same amount of servings. This product seems to work well for me. I was looking for a product that did not include any magnesium stearate. I've been taking it for a month. No side effects at all. I take the three pills in the morning with food, and two pills at night with dinner as directed. I don't find the pills difficult to swallow. I recommend giving it a try. I've tried a lot that didn't work well, where this one does work for me. I know it's a lot of hit or miss with Glucosamine. I love what it contains and the amounts. I recommend giving it a try. I will continue to use it.

Really helped my arthritis

For the most part this product works vary good by itself, we also added some MSM and it works even better. All around not a bad product. Even though the pills are large, my wife and I don't have any problem swallowing them.

I’ve taken a similar Suppliment for years, but it is no longer available. This one seems to be a good replacement, except I can’t understand why the capsule tastes like rotting carrots.
