Excellent ripping blade
Got this for my SawStop since it was one of the very few well-reviewed rip blades that doesn't have notable anti-kickback prawls on it. It's not a glue-line finish but it's quite clean all things considered; certainly good enough for shop and rustic projects, plus construction, and it will give you a nice flat finish so that a planer or hand plane won't have to work too hard. Cleaner cut than most bandsaw blades I've run, for sure.Running it on a 1.75 HP saw despite seeing some warnings about doing do, but I've had no trouble, being very conscious of my feed rate it and the saw has had no trouble going through 15 four-foot long lengths of 1.5" thick, kiln-dried southern yellow pine (almost as hard as oak) in one 30 minute session.

Awesome Blade for Thick Rips
For a recent project, I needed to rip a 4x4 and didn't know I was using the wrong blade. I'm clearly not a pro. After quickly realizing that a gp blade isn't for everything, I did some research and ended up buying this blade. Glad I did. With this blade I was able to rip through 4x4's like butter. Amazing accuracy and finish as well. Granted, I'm not building custom cabinets so I didn't even try to gauge to that standard. All I know is that the cut surfaces were as smooth as glass. Very pleased with this product.

Seriously nice blade
Really nice and thick. Flat ground bottom a great feature as it's not common in 21" blades. Makes easy work of thick 2"+ material. Even though it's not really for cross cutting it also worked great on making half lap joints on miter saw with smooth flat bottoms right off the saw. Can't do that with alternating bevel blades.

Ultimate Rip Blade
I am a contractor building high end custom homes at Lake Tahoe. I use this blade for ripping thick stock of mostly redwood and western red cedar. The pieces are mostly for exterior window and door trim. I love this blade. It will rip very fast. The motor of my table saw does not have to work very hard either. The sawdust tends to be kind of shaggy and will clog the exhaust port of the saw. I blow the saw out frequently with compressed air. I use a lot of salvaged wood and have occasionally hit a nail. So far the blade is holding up very well. The thick kerf wastes a little wood but the blade is less likely to heat up and warp like blades with thinner kerfs and more teeth. The finish is pretty smooth considering there is only 18 teeth. I prefer a rougher finish for exterior trim anyway because it will hold stain or paint better. Often the surface is too smooth and I will drag the piece backwards on a bandsaw to roughen it and give it a resawn finish.

This Baby Rips
I use this blade to rip rough cut lumber straight off the saw mill and it works great. The cuts are fast and clean. The finish is not perfect but it lets me straight line and size lumber as fast as I can push the wood through the saw. I can easily rip 3" thick wood with no burning, stalling or other issues. The kerf is a little wider that than most blades but it prevents vibration. Great blade at a reasonable price.

Not quite "glue-line" rips
Handle thick hardwood very well. I was hoping for cuts smooth enough to glue, to avoid jointing and planing, but it left a few "saw marks." Most of the length of the cut was perfectly smooth, and this could be a problem with something I'm doing and not the blade

As advertised.
Ripping a lot of 6/4 and 8/4 hard maple for a workbench. No burn. If you need to rip thick stock, here you go.

Mother of all ripping blades
I bought this to replace my Bosch 24T 1/8" kerf ripping blade used on my RIDGID 10" 1.5hp table saw. It got dull and warped BAD. I mainly use this to re-saw quarter-sawn red oak, about 6 inches thick. I have to take 2 passes. (in the 'do-not-try-this-at-home' category)The Bosch blade would heat up very quickly and usually start to bind on the second pass and always left burn marks. Now THIS blade is a monster! It easily weighs 2x as much as the Bosch. I was worried that the 5/32 kerf would be too much for my 1.5hp saw. But once this blade is spinning it doesn't slow. I ran a good pile of oak through last night, not once did it bind and the blade never got hot to the touch(not spinning, duh) The cuts were VERY clean, not quite glue-line but much cleaner than the Bosch. Very few burn marks, and only where the wood got gnarly. This blade put much less strain on the saw. The carbide is HUGE on this blade so it will be resharpenable for a good long time.Make sure you don't use it under 1 1/2" thickness tho, it does chatter pretty bad then. It easily ripped the full 3 1/4" height my saw is capable of in that oak.
