Sweet!
Really nice bushings for us bigger guys who like to ride our trucks tight. Like them better than indy hard or thunder hard bushings.

Instantly changes your ride!
I bought a Surfskate and had been riding with the bushings that were installed in the trucks. I weigh 247 lbs so I decided to see what bushings I should have. I ended up ordering these and I am so glad I did. My skate instantly felt smoother and a more plush ride. It is such an inexpensive way to improve your skateboard. Just do a google search to find out which bushings fit your weight.

Great
Very firm. Great item

high quality, stiff bushings
don't need to be cranked down/risk splitting, just install like normal and stiff trucks (can still turn/change angle)

Proper Hard Bushings for Heavier Skaters
If you are over 200lbs you've probably figured out that stock truck bushings don't work for you. They will mush out and give you nasty wheelbite when carving or landing tricks. Now, BITD we didn't know about different types of bushings and some skaters would crank down their kingpin nut in order to get tighter trucks or more stability. Please don't do that. It's not good for the trucks and those kingpin threads sticking out are likely to hang up on grinds, pitching you from the board. Instead get some harder bushings, like these black 98A duro bushings. These are among the hardest I've seen on the market for conventional TKP trucks. I also like that they are the correct height for common brands of trucks, so they don't screw up the truck geometry too much. The bottom bushing is a barrel bushing and the top bushing is a conical bushing, which is generally what I prefer. I was able to get them to fit Venture 6.1s and Indy 149s without too much hassle. Eventually I may try them on Thunders or some other brand. At some point I'd like to try mixing and matching different duros as well. I will update this review after I've had a chance to ride the bushings for a while, so take this as an initial impression only. I can't comment on long term durability or anything like that ATM.
