Always keep this in my handbag
Best lip balm I’ve ever used, never dries out my lips and lasts for ages. Also handy tip- if you ever have a zip that gets stuck you can use this to help lubricate the zip teeth so it runs more smoothly. Always keep this in my handbag.

Sent old product
I love this chapstick when I've used it in the past, it was never this hard, thick, or discoloured. The only reason it came in this state that I can think of is that they sent me old or improperly stored product.

I have very dry skin, and this lip balm is better than any of the other burts bees types. Non greasy and lasts a good time.
