This is exactly what I was looking for! I love everything about this journal!As an individual with anxiety and ADHD, I needed to find something grounding and easygoing to shake me out of the overthinking I do daily. I’ve been picking this one up every morning and it feels like a breath of fresh air every time. There’s the perfect mix of direction, meditation, inspiration, and “fun”. If you are needing a reflective way to be present and release, this is the one to get!

Creative little journal
Purchased as a gift and now want to purchase for myself. There’s so many creative prompts to pass the time and ground yourself. Even if you’re not necessarily into the mindfulness aspect there’s still a lot to gain and it keeps you busy.

Great Gift
I really enjoyed this little mindfulness guide. They are short little exercises that vary from writing to coloring to just thinking and breathing. A great gift guide for stressed individuals looking to increase awareness and ease anxieties.

I love this little book ♡♡♡
I am so happy with this little book! I love that it's pages are thick enough that I can write draw, and color on them with my gel pens and they do not bleed through each page. The book is full of mindfulness exercises that range from super simple to really make you think. The book has a lot of helpful deep breathing and meditation tips as well as a link for a guided meditation and a field notes section for your meditation. I am impressed with this book and will be buying another for a gift for a close friend!

I Love Love Love This Book!
I LOVE this book! It has exercises to help one practice being mindful - to help strengthen that mindfulness muscle. It arrived rather quickly and I was so excited when I seen that it came. As I was flipping through the pages, I thought, 'Wow! This is no run-of-the-mill activity book like others I've seen!' I cannot wait to get started. I recommend this lovely book for anyone seeking to become more mindful. I am thrilled to have it. I'll be ordering a few more for my friends. They'd certainly make the perfect gift.

More activity book than journal
I was looking for something that would give me some meditation and writing prompts- things to reflect on while meditating and then journal the thoughts & feelings that arose. This isn’t really a journal, it’s more an activity book and many of the meditation activities are rather simplistic- draw a continuous line changing direction on each breath, stab the page w your pen to get out anger, make yourself a cup of tea and notice the temperature, flavoretc. Some activities are more involved, but many are very simplistic. I do enjoy skipping through the book and some doing activities at random, but others I’m certain I’ll never do. Giving it 3 stars because it’s sweet for what it is, but I’m ultimately disappointed w the purchase because I really wanted something deeper and more reflective that this.

Stress reduction
Super fun activity journal! Love this! Helpful with working through all the stress I have as a teacher and a caregiver for my husband. Fun to share certain aspects with my husband as well. Highly recommend if you like to write, doodle, and explore new things!

Full of mindful but fun activities to help you live and concentrate on the here and now
The media could not be loaded. I didnt know what to expect when i ordered i am here now from the mindfulness project as I have tried mindfulness meditation in the past and have struggles with being in the moment but as I suffer from extream depression and anxiety I figured that it was worth a try.Right from the moment I recived it I was impressed with the amount of pages you get for your cash and each page is full of fun interesting activity to work through all of which are designed to have the mindful effect of living and concentrating in the moment I have had this book for just over a week and was so impressed by it that I have purchased another one for my 14 year old daughter who also struggles with behaviour issues and anxiety hoping that it will help her like it seems to be helping me
