First time Iv managed to get a knee sleeve that fits my legs 57cm all around at the top of my knee, I suffer from a lot of swollen tissue around my knees so things like squatting can be a hassle n not having the right knee sleeves doesn't help but these I highly recommend! Keeps your knee warm and keeps the pressure on in a good way!

Over the years I wasted countless dollars on "the best sleeve ever"! Most didn't fit well and they would roll down, really irritating and uncomfortable. This sleeve stands alone as being the absolute best sleeve for the money. Take a measurement before you order and you'll get a sleeve that will last for years. I initially purchased these just for lifting but have adapted them to any endeavor that will stress my knees. Don't waste your money on worthless sleeves, get the best!

After the first time i squatted with them, they developed a hole. After about 4 months the hole was large enough to effect stability, and got even worse with a wash and air dry. Mine lasted like 4months, maybe. They're 20 bucks cheaper, but you'll buy them 3 times more often.

I started back weight training because my teenage son wanted to learn. I was fine until we started increasing weight significantly for squats/dead lifts. I would get a burning sensation in one or both knees after just a few reps. Got these knee sleeves a few days ago and have used them for both squats and deadlifts and I have no more pain. They stay put and really warm up the knee.
