bigger than I expected and the heart on top does not fit into the zipper holder on the backpack because it is too thick.

I can't put this down! The gel inside is high quality, and the satin tag on the back is a sensory delight. People gave me funny looks the first few times they saw me with it (as an adult at work), but once I explained what it was, they totally understood. Anything to keep me from swaying while they talked. The top in the picture looks white, but it's actually gray. And it's cloth, so it's not plastic or shiny - except for the heart key-ring. Wish it came in other fabrics, but the seller said they can't do anything custom. Too bad. I want the fabric to be as luxurious as the gel. Still no flaw - I just want More. :)

My daughter loves this! It's feels nice and helps her to release frustration. She actually thinks it smells like cotton candy.

She loves the color pink, so this was an eye catcher to her.I think it helps her when we have to sit for long periods of time at the Doctors Office and the Dentist because she stays in her seat more while she is squishing this and flipping it over and over and rubbing it to death.I know it help her keep her hands off her sisters while we are driving somewhere ( and that alone is a BIG deal).I think this cotton candy dress is very appropriate for her and it easily detaches from belt loop or backpack for easy fumbling.Pros:Keeps her busy when needed.
