Nice ladder
Was good quality & holds good, we used it for a pool ladder.

Sturdy and just long enough for a floating dock.
Construction is solid and the stainless steel is decent quality. It goes deep enough for any reasonably agile person to climb.Easy to install: four stainless screws with a power driver. The hoops could be a few inches higher for better leverage pulling oneself up the rungs.

Narrow steps
I love the handles and how it tilts slightly to make it easy to get put of the water. The steps are very narrow and really hurt your feet trying to go up and down. It's easy install and the quality is great. I'm going to try to find pads to put on the steps to make it more comfortable.

Works great! Get your own screws for mounting though.
Great product, works as shown. I had to get longer mounting screws. The ones provided are only like 1-1/4" long but would work in a pinch.

Works well
The media could not be loaded. It has held up to 300# teens without an issue,I am hopeful that it will last for many seasons. The ladder appears to be well built.Mounted to my picnic table with no issues.

Good looks
Looks great easy to put together but came with screws not bolts to attach to boat floor. Review is for the sturdiness of attached with screw. Purchased bolts and attached that way

Fantastic pile of crap
Cheaply made so should be no surprise it comes with cheaper hardware. Do not mount this ladder with the screws provided, they’re not correct or safe to use. Bungee cord that holds the ladder together broke before the first use. Telescopic ladder does not glide easily and binds making it difficult to store and deploy and this is from new, can only imagine the functionality of the product after a summer of wear and tear. Last but not least the long horizontal screws that connect the ladder to the mounting bracket work, but are designed poorly where they protrude into the already narrow ladder by an extra inch or two, hidden just well enough at the top of the ladder gate that I can already see how little feet, knees and ankles will be bleeding before long when they’re gnashed on the uncapped, sharp, exposed bolts. Mine are now covered in electrical tape and that will have to do until my new ladder arrives and i can choose someone that I dislike enough to gift this engineering mess to.
