Easy to use. Effective.
Made 100 cakes pops for a school party. Ended up buying a melting machine to speed up the candy coating process bc it was for so many. One box of cake mix made more than the recipe book suggested for me. Found other recipe ideas online that worked better for us. Dense cake mix vs fluffy also works better (pound/red velvet/etc vs fluffy birthday cake mix). While transferring to the oven, it was easier to set them on a cookie sheet. Also, 1/2 thru, I flipped the containers. It kept the shape of the cake more round and cooked thru better. Use a cookie sheet to flip them.A few failed to stay on the stem (user error), so I used a spoon to dip them in the coating and just made donut hole style bites. The kids and adults loved all of them! I bought another tier (party city) since I needed to set out so many.

Fun craft for kid's
You need an adult to help. The cake pop holder is a little difficult to put the pops in. From what I have seen from instructions, you will need to convert measurements. American measurements would be greatly appreciated. Over all, fun to do and less expensive then you pay for a cake pop.

Great set
I used this to make cake pops with my young nieces. Everything in the kit worked great. I used additional binder clips to make sure it baked in the mold properly.

Great product at great value
I was excited when I ordered this product but even more excited when it arrived. It arrived on time in a beautifully printed box. Unboxing was very satisfying and it had everything that was advertised, it even came with the clips to hold the molds. The instructions were clear and easy to follow and the end products turned out great although I would have liked the cake pops to be a little bigger but they still worked out great for what I wanted them for. All in all I would encourage anyone to purchase this set because it is a great product and it will be a great product for the kids to play with for the summer.

Great for foods and DIY suet, easy to clean
These are quite useful! We make our own suet for birds with farmers' market fat, so I was looking for some different moulds. We use little mini suet cakes for my son's school for events requiring handing things out, such as Valentine's day- I try to avoid plastic junk as much as possible, and they have plenty of candy anyway, so we started making these. It started with cupcake-type suet, but hanging them was more difficult. I found them while searching for something I could use that would also have a hole built in. These are perfect, and I got larger doughnut moulds as well. The suet pops right out!We do use these for other foods as well, they work very well for making small foods. Batter cooks quickly and evenly with the hole in the centre. I would suggest oiling the inside to ensure that the finished product pops out easily. Great way to portion-control as well. I only have photos of the bird suet though at the moment, so that's what's going up.With regard to cleaning, all residue comes off very quickly and easily. When I originally bought them, I do not recall seeing any packs which had the same shape- so I will say that it would be good if these were available in all of the same type.

The directions needs revision
Tried to make some cake pops with my kids and the directions are so unclear and missing parts! Like the part where you need to eliminate the oil if you use box cake and that you need to put cake mix on both sides of the mold.

Great set for first timers
Great set for fitst timers I used a regular cake mix not by the receipe that was included. So possible that cake would be denser with receipe. Be sure to butter and instructions could have been a little clearer as to how full but we experimented they came out fine. Frosting needs to be thin otherwise thick is hard to frost with.
