It's a filter sock
Fit pretty tight we'll see if it works great keeping the filter free of debris

Not geniune
There is no branding on either the packaging or product. There is nothing on there indicating that this is an authentic Volant product. The filter does not have the labeling that is shown in the product photos. I am waiting for the actual CAI to see if the filter even fits properly. Update: finally got my CAI. This prefilter did not fit. Unfortunately, the return window has passed. Co.plete waste of $40

Right one?
I received it ahead of schedule! which was nice. It fit over filter quite well and snug at the bottom. I am assuming it is supposed to just be held on filter with elastic end. It looks different than picture! Again I am assuming therefore it is the right one. will extend review when actually installed in car.

Absolutly worth it
Exactly what I was looking for. Protects my air filter from water splashing in when off roading or crossing water. Saved me for sure.

No labeling or marking to show brand. To small to fit on the filter it was made for.
