Spark Plugs
Works great in my 99 4x4 Ford Ranger. They were pretty similar to the OEM spark plugs I pulled out. So far, everything is going smooth. Only used them roughly month, maybe month and a half. If anything changes, that's worth noting I'll update. Works like a spark plug should. lol. So update time: One of these spark plugs must have had a defect in it, that I did not notice. A hair line crack in the ceramic housing around the electrode. Every now and then I'd get some odd behavior like a miss, and then here recently it was REALLY BAD. I thought I had an electrical problem, or a fuel problem, or a grounding problem ( I guess technically I did), because here my spark plugs are basically brand new. (Roughly 10 months into there life) and.. one is failing on me. So the only reason I even found this out was because the OBDII scanner said a misfire was happening in cylinder 6. Pulled out the plug and sure enough that was the issue. I ordered another replacement plug. I've never had a plug fail on me, even old ones, but that doesn't mean it doesn't happen. So I guess I got a lemon, and look forward to taking care of the issue.

Check your local Autozone instead
Never buy spark plugs from Amazon. In my case, they sent me old spark plugs from 2015, with an old ripped box. Stating they were the right ones and they were “new”. I had started working on my car by replacing my old spark plugs with these “new” Bosch spark plugs from Amazon. After I was done, my car had multiple misfire codes and my car stared idling and it never did that before. I had no choice but to get the original spark plugs from Autozone, which I should’ve done in the first place. I payed $80 at Autozone but at least you get a peace of mind knowing you have the right parts locally. I paid $43 at Amazon, but they were the wrong ones, and cheaply made. It made my car idle really badly and now I have to replace more than just the spark plugs. SMH NEVER AGAIN AMAZON 🚮
