So happy!!! Buy the package deal of DIM Estro-life Progesto-life!🥰🥰😃❤
This cream was a life saver for me! I'm 48 almost 49. About a month ago (may-june-ish) I noticed my first hot flash nothing dramatic BUT I did recognized it because back in my 30s I was using the Depo shot for birth control and that was one of the side effects hot flashes and I experienced them when I was on the shot. also the women in my family (mother aunts grandmoms) we're always quite open about their experiences with menopause. They wanted to educate me on what to expect! I say thank god for them. Around the time I experienced my first hot flash I started having sleep problems.(something that never happened to me) sex life with hubby is good . No dryness or pain that I hear about. All is working fine down in the lady area.my periods are very right on time so I have not experience jumping periods or anything like that yet .I believe I'm in still in the early stages of course. I've noticed that I'm losing patience with people. That's something unusual about me because I'm a laid-back person to begin with. I didn't want to go through all these symptoms that older women have to deal with! I wanted to nip it on the butt! An older friend of mine suggested on getting Amberen and i did and am taking it also with this. but also I did some research and I looked up natural hormone creams that you could use. Before I jump the gun and go to my doctor I wanted to take care of my symptoms the natural way on my own. When I searched on Amazon for creams and pills I found this store and bought their package deal. The Estro-life, Progesto-life, and DIM capsules. I highly recommend to order all 3!!!! For all three products the price was excellent! And what I read from other reviews people seem to be happy with the products! So I gave it a whirl and ordered. I refrained from giving my review for one full month I want to go through one period cycle before I wrote a review. I follow directions to the T! Follow them religiously! I took one of the d i m in the morning. Some of the estriol cream on my wrist once a day after my shower. (a little hint any excess estriol cream I put on my face since estrogen is good for your skin before I put my daily moisturizers what I call my old lady creams) and I put on the progestin cream on my tummy 2 times a day for 3 week. Its was great! No hot flashes sleeping normal! No witchy cabby snapping at family friends! I had this timed with my period cycle. The last day for the progestin cream the next day I was to get my period I got it. I stopped using the cream for a week and now back on it. Funny enough I noticed I didn't PMS this month. PMS to me is exhaustion migraines water weight gain and craving for carbs salt (think of potato chips pretzels Pizza.) I had none of those cravings. No migraines and was not sleepy this month! The first time in my life in many years. I find more energy since I started this regime! Again I'm young and just starting (catching it early) the change. I have my yearly doctor's appointment in 2 months so I will bring this up with my gynecologist and get my hormones checked see where I stand. I'm going to continue with this regime and see where it goes! I'm very very pleased with theses products! And highly recommend for any woman of a certain age to try these products. Being proactive in your health is the biggest weapon we women have! Do own research! Research menopause educate yourself ! know the symptoms. if you're young enough ask that older women family members about their experiences. Education is key ..Believe me ..I have 3 daughters ( twins 18 , one 21) I'm sharing all that I'm experiencing about this. Just like I did when they were younger about menstruation and sex so on. Again what do you have to lose trying?! If it works wonderful!! If not find find another way. But try! To end my very lengthy review I highly recommend all three products! Personally I'm using the three products with the Amberen. If anyone questions feel free ask. 😃❤

Easy use
Easy to use and has met my needs. It has helped to shrink my uterine lining. My insurance would not pay for progesterone cream, so a friend who is a nurse suggested I try this and it worked great.

EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT! That said - this cream is amazing and does exactly as it's intended!!!
I waited three months (three cycles) before I was going to write a review.First, I would like to say that to all of those who are saying that either this stuff made them feel worse for whatever reason, or that they didn't notice any difference - I can testify, it is NOT the cream that is the issue. With anything that changes what your body is "naturally" doing, whether your body is doing the "right" thing or not doing the "right" thing - meaning, whether your hormones are perfectly balanced or not balanced well at all - you HAVE to figure out what's going to work best for you - for what state your body/hormones are currently in. I cannot stress enough - EVERYONE is different. So for instance, those that were expressing that the cream made them feel worse - it's likely that their progesterone levels were not as low as they thought, hence not needing the cream altogether, or not needing as much as the bottle recommends... it could just mean that some adjustments are needed to the dosing and/or timing of doses. For someone that said they couldn't tell a difference at all - it could be that your hormone levels are far too unbalanced for this cream alone to help efficiently. In either instance, I highly recommend consulting with your doctor - it would be wise to get your hormones tested so that you know exactly what your working with and what YOUR body's needs are.Either way - this cream is the real deal and VERY good. When I showed it to my Gynecologist, she was very impressed with the ingredients and how well it was working for me.With that said, it didn't mean that right at first it just magically started working perfectly for me... I had to figure out what MY body needed - as far as dosing and timing of dosing. Once I figured it out - which didn't take long, and was quite easy - I found that all the problems I was having, went away.SO.... I am 32 years old. After I birthed my third child, my hormones went through quite a change (due to birth control choices I made and probably also the fact that I was nearing my 30's).I started having panic attacks (they are awful, just absolutely awful) and didn't understand why... my anxiety got really bad... my periods changed in consistency... my PMS got so bad... just so many yucky changes that I wasn't prepared for and didn't understand. So after almost three years of dealing with this, I finally went to a Gynecologist (no health insurance so that's why it took so long)... she ran blood tests to check my progesterone levels and also checked my thyroid levels. My thyroid was thankfully just fine. My progesterone seemed slightly low - so she was going to put me on a bioidentical progesterone in pill form. I have read negative things about taking it in pill form, so I asked her if I could try a cream first, to see if that would do the trick. She agreed that was ok.So she suggested I do the cream just like she would have had me use the pill - from the first day of my cycle (the day I start bleeding), count to day 14, and start that day, by applying the cream (1/4 tsp) in the morning, through day 27 (or until I start my next cycle, bleeding again). So basically I'm using the cream for the last two weeks of my cycle, and the two weeks at the beginning of cycle, including the week of period, I am NOT using the cream.Well, I did this and I could tell a difference right away. The cream helped a lot - but I noticed that it didn't "last" throughout the evening and night. So, the bottle recommends applying 1/4 teaspoon in both the morning, and then again in the evening. So I decided for my next cycle, that is what I would do. Still sticking to the two weeks on, two weeks off. And WHOA... while I could tell a difference - the difference was that it was TOO much for what my body needed. I started having unpleasant symptoms that I had never had before...So... this last cycle, I tried something different (it takes this trial and error to really see what's going to work best for you)... I did 1/8 tsp in the morning, and 1/8 teaspoon in the evening - noticing that while 1/4 in the morning alone wasn't enough to last me, and 1/4 twice a day was too much... maybe this would be my happy balance. And IT WAS!!! It was absolutely perfect for what MY BODY needs. I may need to adjust it in the future, as my body and hormones continue to change as I age... but when that time comes, I will do the same trial and error until I get the right fix for ME.I cannot recommend this cream enough! It is wonderful - once you can figure out what it is your body needs best. I encourage you, if you're having troubles, to try different doses and timing of doses until you get it right. But always complete a cycle before you try a different kind of dosing, just so you know for certain that it either does or does not work for you.And getting your hormones tested, to know how low your progesterone levels are, if they're even low at all, is always best!!!

Worked for me, but may be causing acne
I started using this cream to balance my hormones mainly because I started experiencing terrible mood swings post menstrual cycle and having night sweats that left me drenched as well as trouble staying asleep. (I'm at the age where I'm beginning to experience perimenopause)The night sweats stopped entirely and the mood swings balanced out and nearly disappeared. However, after the second month using the cream, I've now started getting more cyctic acne. I can't say for sure that this isn't just my skin reacting to seasonal changes in the weather because I've battled with hormonal/cyctic acne since puberty, but I've stopped using the cream for now to see if my skin clears up. The lotion goes on smoothly and absorbs quickly without much of an odor and doesn't leave a greasy or unpleasant film. I was only using a pea-sized amount every night, except the week of my period, so a bottle would last many months.
