This is how I detox my system. Works wonderful, but make sure you have restrooms near by.

This product is a great supplement to take when you are having difficulty with bowel movements. Nit a harsh product, but rather work with your body. Best results when you drink plenty of water. Recommended.

These capsules do as they say if you use them as directed. For me, I did notice that they give me a full feeling if I drink 2 with a dull glass of water first thing in the morning. I drink k these with warm water and a splash of lemon. It keeps me full at least 5hrs. Everyone is different though. I didnt notice it making me go to the bathroom any more than I normal would. I havent lost any weight, seems like just a omega and fiber vitamin supplements
