This review is for the Coming Data 12V 4A 48W AC/DC Adapter Power Supply w/5.5x2.1mm DC Barrel Connector (UL Certified). Somehow, the first review I left disappeared along with the other negative posts left by others.This unit had all the correct listing, it claims UL certification which I wanted. Reasonable current capacity at 4A. When I first purchased it there were several posts indicating arrival of DOA units. I ordered it any way. That was a mistake. While it appears to work, the LED comes on, when I connect it to a load, the led on the adapter goes out and the device does not work. It works fine with a 2A 12v wall wart I had.Nothing against the company selling this as I am sure they don’t manufacture it, but the unit I received is bad. The seller did reach out after I left the first review but I don’t want to go through the trouble having to send it back for $12.

This power supply works great with the LED strip lighting
This review is for the 12V 4A 48W AC/DC Adapter Power Supply w/ Barrel Coaxial Connector for LED Lights Strips (UL Certified) by Coming Data in the color black. This power supply works great with the LED strip lighting. The conector on the end fits perfectly in the barrel connection of the LED strips. It powered the 5 meter 300 LED lights fine. I have tested it with both a solid color (white) and multicolor (RGB) LED string lights and it worked great on both. I really like that I didnt have to solder the power connector. The power cable that came with it is about four feet. I needed a slightly longer power cable and because it is the same type of cable (NEMA 5-15P to IEC320C13) that you get with a computer, I had plenty around the house.I would recommend this to anyone looking for power supply for their LED strips, whether it is a single color or RGB multicolor.Disclaimer: I purchased this item at a discounted price or received this item for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

Nice solid 12V supply. I work with a lot of leds and I'm always looking for good 12V supplies and this one is great. Not too bulky or heavy. Output is clean and I haven't had any issues at all. Most important for me is that this supply is UL listed.
