I don't usually spend this much money on office chairs, but after dealing with a very short, very cheap chair provided by my work I decided to take a chance on a nicer, mesh chair. I could not be happier with this decision. The lower back support in particular is very helpful and has gone a long way in easing my back pain without having to buy any extra pads or supports.The arm rests are adjustable in height and angle, making it easy to set your arms at a level that is most comfortable. If you have trouble with carpal or cubital tunnel syndrome and find your hands getting that "falling asleep" feeling throughout the day, the extra support may help alleviate some of that. The neck rest is also adjustable and provides great support when you lean back in the chair.Be advised that the default tension resistance of the chair is very loose, so you will lean back with very little effort unless you adjust the dial on the underside of the chair to tighten things up. I mostly sit up straight with the chair locked so that it doesn't lean back.As an added bonus, I'll say that this chair is very durable. Because I am a clumsy oaf, I managed to knock it over onto my tile floor and it suffered absolutely no damage. This is a quality product that will last. Setup was a breeze with clear instructions, though be advised that the neck rest is a little tricky to put on because the bolts used to fasten it are set pretty deep so it's a little tough to maneuver the allen wrench.I'm happy I bought this and it's made my work day so much more comfortable. The mesh breathes well and provides so much support that was lacking from other chairs I've bought. I would recommend this chair to any of my friends.

I purchased this chair in June of 2021. I found that initially i had to adjust to the feel of the mesh seat (the sides squeeze in some due to no bottom support, which makes sense). After a few weeks, I found myself VERY comfortable and appreciating the fact that I never felt overly warm sitting in this chair over work from home sessions of over 8 hours. On top of that, the adjustability is good and the chair has held up well.Until... One of the arm wrests unfortunately broke. I don't blame manufacturing, I was standing up using the front of the wrest as support, which is the worst leverage possible way you could do it for this design. I reached out to Komene directly on amazon to ask how I could purchase a replacement arm (since I really consider this my own fault). Support asked for the information about my purchase, and simply sent me a replacement for free. The process was shockingly easy (especially for an amazon reseller) and quick.Thank you Komene and your support team, I am extremely happy with this chair and recommend it for both the quality of the chair and quality of support.

Just about everything is great with this chair. Very comfortable, plenty of cushion, no concern of getting hot with the air flow, everything is adjustable as mentioned. The only downside I've found is it's a little shallow in it's wideness of the seat. I don't think I'm an overly large guy, but if I sit all the way back in it, my thighs rest a bit on the plastic outer seat. For short sits, this isn't much of an issue. But for a work chair where I'm sitting in it for 2~ hour stints at a time, it causes me to have to adjust my seating fairly often. If I sit forward just a bit, it's a non issue, but then I'm not exactly sitting in the chair correctly, taking on more of a slouch position.

The media could not be loaded.  Let me just start by saying this is the second of what will likely be three to four chairs I will likely purchase from this manufacturer for myself and family, and for good reason. I have owned my Model 900AH (shown on the left in the side by side picture) for a little over six months that I purchased directly from KomeneUS. I’m not willing to pay upwards of $600 or more for an office chair and Komene is right in my sweet spot for price range at $200-$300 for the models in my criteria. Their chairs in my experience with the 900AH have been solid, easy to clean and adjustable in the ways I personally look for, ex. can I change the wheels if I choose, are the armrests adjustable, does it recline. Now I was moving at this time and wanted to keep my Model 900AH with me, so I had a family member trial the chair and I posted their review if they liked it. I ordered this one, Model KMN-ECH-1388F for my Father, assembled it for him (it's easy as heck, like IKEA but if the instructions made sense and all the parts were there, you actually get an extra screw of each type; and gloves if ya don't want fingerprints on your metal I guess?), took some photos and a video of the chair itself, and brought it over to him when I visited. I am posting his review below.“I was pretty skeptical when you asked if I wanted to try a mesh office chair, those I had tried before in store at local office suppliers never felt like they were a comfortable fit. This chair you sent me was a somewhat pleasant surprise. The mesh seat and back felt much firmer than what I had expected and the lumbar support had the more aggressive pressure that I was looking for. I can’t say much about the armrests since I don’t often use them but they do adjust quite easily. I’ll keep the caster’s it came with, I put a comfort rug in the office last week and they seem to roll on it smoothly.”He has said since that after five days of using the chair for 8+ hours of sitting at his computer and drafting table he thinks it will hold up to his needs. Which for my dad translates to “It’s comfortable and I like it”.
