Great sweetener with no bad aftertaste
This is our “go-to” brand of Monk fruit to use in place of refined sugar. There is no aftertaste like other substitutes and it measures out just the same as regular sugar whether sweetening drinks, cereals or baking. This same brand carries a golden choice that is the perfect substitute for brown sugar when baking

Monk Fruit Magic: My Sweet Tooth’s New BFF
As someone whose sweet tooth has its own gym membership, I’ve been on a never-ending quest for a sugar substitute that doesn’t taste like regret or leave me wondering if I just licked a chemistry set. Enter: Health Garden Monk Fruit Sweetener, Classic. Spoiler alert-it’s so good, even my sugar bowl feels threatened. First Impressions: The bag is so big, I briefly considered using it as a doorstop. But then I remembered: I have cookies to make and zero time for doors. The sweetener itself looks like sugar, pours like sugar, and, most importantly, doesn’t make me question my life choices. Taste Test: I started small-coffee. One spoonful and I was convinced I’d accidentally grabbed real sugar. No weird aftertaste, no “wait, is that… licorice?” moment. Encouraged, I went full mad scientist: banana bread, brownies, and even a batch of “I-swear-they’re-healthy” muffins. Every time, the results were so convincing, my family staged an intervention for my “sugar addiction.” Joke’s on them-it’s monk fruit! Health Perks: Zero calories. My bathroom scale is finally less judgy. No blood sugar spikes. My pancreas sent a thank-you card. Keto-friendly, gluten-free, and apparently safe for pets (though my cat still prefers tuna). The Fine Print: Yes, it contains erythritol. If you’re sensitive, maybe don’t eat an entire tray of cookies in one sitting (ask me how I know). But for most, it’s smooth sailing. Final Verdict: If you’re looking to cut sugar without cutting joy, this is the sweetener for you. It’s so good, I’m convinced the monks who invented this were actual wizards. Highly recommended for bakers, coffee lovers, and anyone who wants to have their cake and eat it too-without the sugar crash.

Decent enough
Eh, but tasty...but eh... Once you get past that, it is not real golden cane sugar, then life gets a bit easier... well, that's what I've heard lol It dissolves easily enough. If you're not baking every day, then it can be stretched out to last. I've no clue how well the seal would've been, as I chose to put it in my old sugar container. Overall... once you adapt to it not being sugar and the weird taste, which isn't so predominant, but to me it is, and I'm a toddler at times. And if you find it off-putting, then try it mixed with Allulose, and it will be much much better! I found it to be far more agreeable for my inner toddler.

Helpful for maintaining sugar levels
Monk fruit good for helping keep my blood sugar down and still use as a sweetner for coffee and substitute in recipes calling for sugar. Little pricey but better alternative from other sweetners
