Although not inexpensive, Mag07 is a terrific & thorough colon cleanse product. I've been using it on & off for decades, long before the advent of shopping on Amazon. If not for the price, I'd keep at least a small bottle of capsules in my medicine cabinet along with charcoal caps & a brand of grapefruit see extract (eg: Nutribiotic) for upper & lower GI health & emergencies. Although long interested in the benefits of having a routine certified "high colonic" cleanse annually, I find Mag07 is a pretty decent alternative. I learned about oxygen therapies in the late 1980s & had personal experience utilizing food grade H202 (which I understand was something the late famous heart transplant doctor, Dr. Christian Barnard, employed personally daily for arthritis until it damaged his stomach lining). Anyway, Mag07 is a safe and effective way to cleanse one's colon. I've never used it on a daily basis & not in the typical extended body cleanse method since I first bought it in the early to mid 1990s. When used as directed, it does an excellent job of flushing out the colon (make sure you have quick access to the WC when using it! LOL!). I've NEVER experienced any of the negative laxative side effects (cramps) when taking Mag07, which makes it a great alternative for those who dread those side effects. Combining Mag07 with a periodic "cleanse" diet is definitely a great way to go (literally & figuratively), whether once a month or a few times a year, depending upon one's needs and desired benefits.

I am so impressed with what a gentle cleanse this is. I’ve used other products in the past and will only use this in the future. I took it last night for the first time. I had a late dinner and was concerned that it wasn’t on an empty stomach as they suggest. I had no urgency to go when I awoke and believed it didn’t woke. Wasn’t until I started drinking my morning latte and I tried again. Like I said, it is gentle. There is no cramping that I have experienced with other products. Highly suggest trying.

I have struggled with constipation my whole life. I wanted to find a natural alternative to the laxatives that I had been taking since I kind of scared myself out of taking them. Each night that I feel I need to cleanse whatever is in there, I take two of these pills and it works like a charm every time. This has been a literal lifesaver - I’m going to continue to have these on hand always!

This stuff works great and within 8 hours !😊 spent 200 dollars on a prescription of Linzess and it did nothing. Took this Mag07 and with in 8 hours I was completely cleaned out. I just wish I had of known about this Mag07 before I spent money for a dr. Visit and then wasted my money on the Linzess

Oh I ran here to say if you need to go….BUY THIS!! I received It last night at my doorstep at 8pm and took it an hour later at 9pm. I followed the directions and many people’s advice online and took 3 capsules at bedtime. So here I am THREE hours later at midnight in the bathroom letting y’all know…IT WORKS!!! TOO good!! lol No stomach cramping or anything like that. But from the moment I took then and went to bed. My stomach was like a lava pit. Bubbling away. I knew within 30 minutes it was already hard at work! lol And because I drank 24oz of liquids with the capsules, I woke at 12am with a full bladder. I decided to sit for a couple minutes before going right back to bed and that’s when the emptying began. 40 minutes later and I feel Like I’m doing a colonoscopy prep and all ready to go!! Hahaha
