This cutter saves lots of time.
I was a bit leary about buying this tool but I am really glad that I did .You can cut your steps really fast and the blade stays very sharp.The unit is very sturdy and surprisingly easy to use.I thought that it would be more difficult to cut through the roofing materials, not with this tool .I will bring this to any roofing job that we do from now on.

This is an absolute game changer!! This is lighter than I expected and works better than I expected!! I haven’t cut a lot with it so I’m curious to see how long the blades last but so far I love it!!

I have done a few roofs over the years and was recently helping a friend do theirs. He had one of these and it was almost life changing! The ease of cutting the starters and then being able to easily cut the ends without bringing a board up to cut on or cutting into the already laid shingles is amazing! I won't do another roof without this.

great, but not perfect
blade rusts easily so need to remind myself to oil it. plus it's very expensive for how simple it is. but, it works well. it's lightweight. just make sure to clean the blade now and then.
