Are these rabbits part of the Hopscotch Rabbit Family?

No, they are the Snow-Warren family members. It's different than the Hopscotch family.

Are these rabbits pure white, or more of an off white like the Milk Rabbit family?

I need to know if the twins in this set have moveable arms and legs??

The babies in this set are the standard "sitting" baby and "crawling" baby which have immovable limbs and swiveling heads. If you want babies with movable limbs you will need to track down additional babies called "standing" babies, sold separately. These have moving limbs and can both sit and stand. I don't remember the standing baby for this family being released in the USA but they were probably released abroad under the name Sylvanian Families Snow-Warren baby or you can try searching for Sylvanian Families white rabbit baby. This family is retired now, so hard to find. Good luck!

Are these comparable/compatible to the Lil Woodzeez sets?

Some accessories are swappable and some aren't. Calico Critters babies are thinner than Lil Woodeez babies. Some Calico Critters babies are taller than Lil Woodzeez babies, but some Calico Critters babies are very tiny. Lil Woodzeez babies may be too round to fit into some Calico Critters baby accessories. The carriages and strollers are fine for both. Also, I put the Lil Woodzeez frog in the little baby seat from Sophie's Love n Care, and it fit. The clothes are not swappable. I tried Sophie's spare outfit on the Lil Woodzeez frog baby, and it did not fit.
