Junk Tightening Screws/Bolts
The rails are just fine, but the tightening screws/bolts must be pot metal because they snapped when tightening.

Needs adjustment
I went to tighten on my top rail and wasn't solid fit so I turned the hold down plates upside down and then tightened seems to be holding.
