Excellent fermented folate and B complex vitamin. Very healthy for people like me who are insufficient in folate. The price here is so much better than in the stores that carry it.

I'm quite pleased with this Vitamin B Complex supplement. The B12 in particular comes in the methylated form, which is not as common for a complex, other usually including cyanide-bonded cobalamin. Yes, that's right. Cyanide. It's not usually a big deal though unless you take it regularly, in which case you really want the methylated form. This supplement is made with quality ingredients and is one of the best I've found. The only thing I wish it had was Benfotiamine, the form of B1 that is fat soluble and therefore does not flush out as quickly as the water soluble thiamin. Still, i supplement it with Benfotiamine from another source and the combination is great not only for helping with the effects of neuropathy but also general brain health. I am very satisfied with this and other supplements from this manufacturer.

I have been taking this B Complex for years and it’s by & large, the best one for me. I have absolutely no stomach upset that I would typically have with other brands of B Complex which honestly it the biggest selling point for me about this product. I cannot tell you how many times prior to using this product exclusively, that after taking B Complex without eating a hearty meal immediately before or after that I would be absolutely nauseous & sick to my stomach & occasionally dry heave. None of that is an issue for me with this product and that alone sells it for me. I can’t speak to the “medical” claims of taking B Complex (hair growth, energy, etc) because I’ve literally been taking B Complex for so long that I don’t remember what it was like prior to taking it. The tablets themselves are large so if that’s an issue for you, you may want to consider that prior to purchasing. However, I’ve had no concerns with the size. My personal opinion is that these are the best B Complex vitamins out there for someone like myself who has a history of not being able to tolerate other brands on an empty stomach.

Please stop shipping the bottles in plastics bag type packaging. I received one order that was crushed now this with a damaged cap. Whenever the bottles are shipped in small boxes they arrive intact. Other than that, the product itself is good.

My oncology nutritionist recommended a certain type of B vitamins & these have it! I first tried this brand’s multi vitamins & couldn’t believe my increased energy throughout the day!
