We do not suggest using it on the stove; the high temperature may cause cracks in the tea set due to uneven heating of the clay. At the same time, the pattern on the tea set may also change color. Put tea in the infuser, and pour hot water into it, then you can start to enjoy your tea.

**Q: What is the golden string in the box for?**
A: If it's a braided string, then I used it to attach the lid to the handle. Honestly though, I don't know if that's what it's used for. Mine is red.

**Q: Is the teapot glazed on the inside? I am wondering if it is suitable to handle different types of teas as well as tea with milk.**
A: Yes, the teapot is glazed inside, and it's suitable for different types of tea. Very beautiful and easy to clean.

Tea set looks nice and does it job. The tray mine came with had some damage, a crack in the middle as though something was going to punch through it. They did get in contact with me about sending a new tray but haven't heard anything for weeks after confirming they would send it. I don't blame them since it's probably too costly to send just that tray. Update: They sent me a whole new tea set to replace just the tray that was damaged. Their customer service takes things seriously! All I can say is thank you.
