According to the chart…I should get a 4xl and my shirts are xl. Help?** A: One. This is a good jacket. Mine fits perfect. I have a 32/33 waist and 42 inch chest. I'm a large but went up a size as I've seen in the comments (please look at that of known buyers) that they fit a bit small. So I went to and XL and it's perfect. Perfect sleeve length (I'm a 34 sleeve), perfect length (perfect past the belt and ready to have pants attached if you choose, neck (I'm a 17 neck). If I had got the large, it would have been too tight. Good fit but I could add a sweat shirt or or something else, and it would be fine. Not too big or small. I'd say a size one above what you wear. If you wear a xxl shirt, get an xxxl. My opinion only. I wish I could talk to ya or show you mine but not sure how to do it. I will say this. First please read the comments of the people that purchased it. It shows they suggest going up a size and I did and they're right. EXAMPLE....you measure your chest and it's a 40. That's a med on the charts. But a med on a 40 chest is way too small even on a fitted shirt. So what ever you measured, I'd think your one size larger regardless. So now the 40 med is now a large and will fit. When he orders the Alpha Jacket (that runs a bit small) he orders an XL not the L and it's a perfect fit. So he went from the chart med to an XL jacket to get a good fit. This is my opinion from my experience. Since your shirts are XL I would say an XXL. Unless your waist is an issue and 4x would be a tent on you. This is my opinion. If you want, and know how, let me know and I'll do a vid for you. **Q: Will a mens jacket fit a woman ok too?** A: Yes they should. We do also carry women’s line of motorcycle jackets on amazon . Just search alpha cycle gear on amazon **Q: Where this jacket made in?** A: There are no COO notations on the labeling. Could have been on the swift tags upon purchase but they are long gone. I use this jacket a great deal and highly recommend it.
