Good for the shelf/comat exam at the end of psych. Maybe not so much in a practical sense.

Easy to carry around with you and comprehensive. Used in conjunction with UWorld and got a great shelf exam score.

Great basic info but is mostly surface level
Great book for studying if you need a surface-level overview before starting your psychiatry block. You will probably need to fill in the details with other materials.

Used this book plus OnlineMedEd plus TrueLearn and got a 103 on my COMAT! Would recommend adding UWORLD if wanting to Honor.

An excellent resource
I used this for my psych rotation and plan to lend it to the students who rotate with me for their review. Very concise and high yield. Pair it with a decent QBank and you're set.
