**Q: Can i bring the iopener (heating sack) on a plane with me? How many fluid ounces is in the iopener?**
A: We recommend stowing the iOpener in your checked baggage, preferably within a plastic ziplock bag (just to be safe). TSA agents at the airport will be able to advise you whether or not it is acceptable as a carryon. The volume of fluid inside is 165 mL.

**Q: Isnt it supposed to come with the opening cards mine did not arrive with them?**
A: The kit is supposed to come with the two plastic opening cards as seen in the product photo and description. If you did not receive them, then please request a missing contents RMA in your Amazon account or contact the iFixit support team so we can have replacements sent to you.

**Q: Is this the toolkit or just the heat tube?**
A: It's the whole kit

**Q: Why is it more expensive here than your own site?**
A: I purchased this on here. I am selling my without the box because I no longer do iPhone repairs. Mine is cheaper due to not having the original box. I have all items except the original box it comes with. Hope that answers your question!
